Spam / Viagra messages infecting header on theme

Hi

I have a problem which is that spammers posting viagra type messages keep managing to get into the header code of my theme in order to post javascript into it.

Every few days they post this code - I have changed my SFTP login and checked security with my web host and they believe the vulnerability lies with the theme.

Any idea on what this is?
