Where to begin now that I've installed lifestyle theme

I've finally gotten over the learning curve of installing my theme. I've got the "templete" on my blog http://www.mariabosak.com and now I've got no real clue how to start changing the content. Where is the best place for me to begin, one step at a time. I'm a complete novice and I have looked through the forums and all is good stuff but I need something that steps me through the beginning process.
