migrate info from TypePad to WordPress?

Hello.

Can someone please tell me if there's an easy way to "import" the content on a site constructed in TypePad over to a WordPress format?

I'm working on a project to improve this site (http://sustenance-studio.typepad.com/suste/home.html) and am thinking of using a StudioPress theme.
