custom field question

If I have a form that a member complets that has several custom fields is it possible to have 2 different posts generated displaying different custom fields.

For example in form they enter in:

custom field 1 -
custom field 2 -
custom field 3 -
custom field 4 -

then have that form create 2 posts

1st post -- custom field 1 & 2
2nd post - custom field 3 & 4


The purpose of this is I only want members to have to complete 1 form but I need some of the information in a public post and the rest of the information in a private post for members only.

We want members to be able to share a business profile with the public and then more personal information in their profile for the other members.

If this is possible could someone tell me where I can figure out how to make this happen.
