Is there a max of boxes you can have?

Is there a max of boxes you can have?

I have the Lifestyle 4.0 theme and successfully added an additional left & right box as well as another bottom box. However, when I try to do the same thing and add another bottom box, nothing happens.

Is there a maximum number of boxes that the homepage can support?
