Arrow How to get a faster response to your questions...

I've been going through the forums and have found several instances of questions not being answered because they were buried in other threads.
Usually when this happens, it's because a post has been answered, and someone asks another question hoping to get a quick answer while attention is focused on that thread.
It's actually counter-productive, though - you'll get a *much* faster response if you start a new thread, because we all use the 'unanswered' button at the top to make sure nothing's hanging around in limbo.
Plus, it makes it easier for everyone after you with the same problem to find the solution - the searches are easier.

It's not that we won't answer a buried question - we certainly will, if we see it. But if you want it answered quickly (and a search doesn't pull up a solution) then please, start a new thread, and we'll answer ASAP.
