Excerpt is what shows on all my themes

Unlike what Craig stated at http://www.studiopress.com/support/s...ead.php?t=5241 , all the Themes I purchased as a bundle actually show excerpts, and not the entire article. I would love to show the entire article in every case, but I don't know how to do this.

Can I change this for each theme with a simple edit of one of the files? I see that ... excerpt() ... is implemented in many areas.
