Adding image to text widget does not expand the widget box

Please look at the first instance of Leigh Joinery jigs on my test blog site (on the Sidebar), right below the I am Reading box:

What do I need to do to expand the widget box? Apparently, the box grows vertically with text, but not with images. On the other hand, my actual blog site works just fine (top-right Sidebar):

Still struggling... :-(
