How to change title of blog page?

How to change title of blog page?

How can I change the title of my blog page so it says "Blog" on the menu bar but when viewing the source code it says something more SEO friendly there? If I put "The Official Blog of ABC Company" I don't want that showing on my menu bar, only "Blog".

For example - the menu bar will say "Blog" and when someone clicks on it they're taken to my blog page. When someone looks at the source code they can see "The Official Blog of ABC Company" not just "Blog".

Do I need to change something in the page_blog.php file?
