Issue with banner in header and enews "go" button....

It appears this morning, all of a sudden, my site's design appears displaced in some areas. It was fine before, but then i was making minor changes (nothing to the css sheets), and now my 468 x 60 banner ad in my header is moved out of position, and down a little, and the "Go" button on the ENews and Updates widget on the sidebar has been moved down as well. I haven't noticed any other issues yet.

This issue is only occurring in IE. I tried firefox and safari and my site is appearing fine. Just 20 minutes ago it was appearing fine in IE, but now it's not. Any reason why? Please check it out on my site www.FeatureDish.com
