Blog Page Post Summaries

Hi Guys,

I created a blog page (new page, blog template) worked fine,

However, instead of displaying an article summary and a read more link, the blog page displays articles in their entirety.

I have even manually edited the posts to include the  tag but that is also ignored.

Can someone have a quick look and let me know what I'm doing wrong?
