After Upgrade - Media Library Images Gone?

Hi, I have a bunch of clients that we recently upgraded to WP 2.9.1 and the media libary seems to have disappeared.

I asked about it on the WP forums but got no response. So I figured I'd ask here and see if anyone had any help.

Hi, I recently upgraded WP for a client of mine. His site is http://www.hillsdistrictfitness.com
Now all of the images he put in his Media Library are gone. However I can see them in the Uploads folder via FTP.

Does anyone know how to get these images back into the Media Library and why they left in the first place?
