Preview doesnt work

The post preview doesn't work. I get a blank page with the following error message:

Parse error: syntax error, unexpected '?' in /homepages/23/d271340376/htdocs/centrumderkraft/wordpress/wp-content/themes/Church/index.php on line 19

Can I just copy the index.php from the original theme download to fix the problem?
