Default How do I add Meta keywords and Meta description

I've done a Quirk Search on my website and it says I don't have any Meta Keywords or Meta Description. How do I put these in?

I'm also scared of mucking up the code and not being able to fix it.

Sozo, a few weeks ago you asked me what "mucking up" or "mucked up" is. It is an Australian expression for stuffing up, messing up, ruining or destroying something nice that you don't want to wreck. eg. the code.

Thanks,

Sue
