Thumbnail not showing

Hi,

After reading the various posts regarding the thumbnails not displaying on the homepage, and trying different solutions expressed, I still am facing the issue (and must say I am starting to pull my hair off

URL for site is http://66.147.244.190/~evolutm6/blog/ (temp) and/or http://blog.evolutionpartner.com (DNS currently changing). I have re-verified the URL paths, etc, and no luck.

Permissions are set to 755 on "uploads folder" and "tools". I have inserted 2 other featured content using an old code from chruch_20, reason why some thumbs are showing. Blog is hosted on Bluehost.
