Changing uncategorized

Default Changing uncategorized
In my Lifestyle theme I have 3 boxes all titled uncategorized. How do I change each of those 3 boxes from uncategorized to what I want? I mean like the demo lifestyle theme which was changed to Relationships, Fitness and Music. Thank you.
