Blog page shows full post - even with 'more' tag.

My blog page shows the entire post, even with the 'more' tag in a post.

When viewing a category page, it works correctly - displaying only the part of the posts prior to the 'more' tag.

How do I make the Blog page honor the 'more' tag?
