Need help adding code to show comment link

I hope I can put this into words, on the blog page, below the title of the post, where this info is, November 2, 2008 by CarpetGuy (Edit), I would like to add code that will include comment count etc, the visitors to this site may not know to click the title of the post so that they can leave a comment, here is a link to the site, http://losgirasolesrestaurant.com/blog/, if you need to see an example, it is like on the Blue Zinfindel theme, | 1 Comment (Edit Post) I have looked everywhere, I just have not been able to figure this out.
