Default single agent - can we avoid multi-agent template

I have a site for a single agent. When someone clicks on her name they are taken to the multi agent template. Is there a way it could just link to her about page. Seems like an extra click to format the multi agent page for just one agent, and then they have to click again to learn more about her. Hope this makes sense!
