E-news & Recent Posts

Hi there - On my site, www.problempooches.com, I'd like to display the E-news and the Recent Posts on only my home page, and remove them from the rest.

I saw a thread about removing the e-news by checking the box under Lifestyle theme options and checked that, but it removes it from the whole thing.

Is there a way to display it only on the home page, and not on the rest of the pages?

Just this question first, then I'll submit another one later about the Recent Posts box.
