Add Homepage Middle Widget

Add Homepage Middle Widget

I need to add a full length widget to the bottom of the home page so I can add a banner that is as wide as the home page middle widget. So the homepage layout will be:

homepage middle widget
homepage bottom left | homepage bottom right
another homepage middle widget (the new widget across the bottom)

How can I do this?
