2 quick questions

On my "blog" part of the site http://www.performancelifecoach.com/ the only posts that are showing are the default category posts. You can see under Categories on the right side I got a post for Business Coaching but it doesn't show up when you go to "Home" - the only ones that are showing up is if I post one under the default category?

Am I missing a setting?

The other question under - Settings - Reading I have it set to show Full Post (instead of Summary) but it still just shows the summary of the post?
