Revolution Tech Theme Newbie - Help I'm dying here!

Hi All,

Can anyone help me setting up the revolution tech theme template up? I've run into a couple of issues I just can't solve:

1. Duplicate posts on my blog entry posts - how can I have the latest topics showing from whichever categories rather than 1 new post repeated 3 times?

2. When you get the new tech theme template there are the 3 categories namely "featured category 1", "featured category 2" and "Other headlines". - When I post a blog entry it appears on each of these new sections. How can I get each section to display unique posts for each section? Also, how do I change the these section titles?

3. How do I put in the thumbnails on each post?


As you can tell by my questions I'm a newbie at wordpress and even a greater newbie at revolution themes, so I'd appreciate any help from anyone out there. Also, if you can help me out please simplify it for me
