Editing Commenting System in Church 2.0

Hey!

I have replaced my comment.php file with the new 2.0 version. All if working well. I would like to customize it a little. Can any of the following be done?

1. No sub-comments (can removing the reply button stop users from doing this?)
2. When I am logged in and I make a comment it comes in a different color.
3. No one can take my name on the comment area.
