How to register site users?

Hi Guys,

My site is about a Foundation, so I need people have the chance to register, and be able to collaborate with us.

I tried to user "register plus" plugin, and use the sidebar to encourage people to register, but I must be doing something wrong.

Anybody knows how to allow registrations on Office?
