Header Not Fully Displaying

I created and uploaded a new header.png, but only part of the header is displaying. I read through the treads from another related post and increased the width of the #header #imageheader tag to 650px in my stylesheet. However, it didn't fix the problem. I have a feeling the problem is related to the logo, but could use direction on how to proceed.
