Wysiwyg?

Is there a way to add a complete WYSIWYG editor that can be used when putting in a post to the Church theme...and the Magazine theme as well I believe.

It would be nice to be able to change the Formatting and size of the text.

Am I possibly missing something that I can easily activate?
