Blog posts missing comment box

I moved my site from a test server to the new server and now my blog posts no longer have the ability for users to leave comments. I've looked through all settings and made sure the posts have "Allow comments on this post" checked and cannot figure out why the comment boxes are missing?

Any help would be great!
