Thumbs wrong size

Ok, love the template, I have some feedback if anybody wants it.


But I'm having a problem with images. Everything is working, but it looks like the template itself isn't calling the thumbnail image, but an image that's dynamically created, and of course that's chopping off heads.

On the front, if I right click / view image, the query string says this.

I guessed that I need to set the thumbnail image resize dimensions correclty and that what i had was way too big, but in wp-admin/settings/media, I DID set it to first 75/50 then 50/50.

So, I do have a working thumbnail up there straight out of the media gallery in WP.

But the thumbnail isn't being loaded from there, it's just getting cropped dynamically by
blackcanvas_30/tools/timthumb.php

Any way I can avoid writing code here?
Or am i stuck with heads getting chopped off?
