I seem to have misplaced my background????

I seem to have misplaced my background????

So, everything with my site seems to be working fine and the home page is 100% a.o.k. nothing askew but when I go to other pages I've created (even the archive page which was already there) the background is gone... I have the curvy silver thing at the bottom before the footer but no background all the way up to the header.. just black space but it is there on the home page?? what happened.. any ideas?
