Default Fatal error: Allowed memory size

Hi folks -

I'm getting the following error on the front page (when I view the source) of my Black Canvas Theme based blog:

Fatal error: Allowed memory size of 31457280 bytes exhausted (tried to allocate 16000 bytes) in /home/.paradigm/wasting/tooskoops.com/wp-content/themes/blackcanvas_30/tools/timthumb.php on line 293

The error occurs when I try to load the file:

http://www.tooskoops.com/wp-content/...;w=75&zc=1

which again, is found in the source of the main page (http://www.tooskoops.com) and in the "Recent Photos" section of http://www.tooskoops.com/photo-warre...-rochester-ny/

I've looked at line 293 of timthumb.php (and I've set it to 644, the tools to 777 and cache to 777 as per another thread in one of the forums here). I've modified my wp-settings.php file to use 64M instead of 32M.

I've also disabled every plugin except for askimet and Single Post Template (and Single Post Template is the very latest version).

Is this a php.ini problem, or something really obvious that I'm missing..

Thanks very much in advance!!

Ross
