Feedburner Header Widget area?

This is probably an easy answer but I couldn't find it in support or on tuts. What area is set up to receive the Feedburner Header Widget area? I have the RSS and emails updates set up via Theme Options/Feedburner so I'm guessing this has nothing to do with that. I tested it with a simple text widget and couldn't find where it appears even on different page layouts.
