No access to WP Dashboard

hi - i just uploaded Metro theme to a the site knickledger.com and while the site is visible, the WP dashboard is no longer available. When i log in all i get is this error on the screen:

Warning: implode() [function.implode]: Invalid arguments passed in /home/knickled/public_html/wp-content/themes/metro_10/metro_10/tools/post_templates.php on line 23

This issue wasn't happening before w/ the other theme that was there. Can you advise?
