Size and Spec of Featured Video

What is the recommended size and spec of featured video

640pix X 480 pix?

What would you suggest for the bitrates?

Video 1500 Kb/sec?
Audio Bitrate 128 Kb/sec

Just wondering on the spec for the best quality video on there, I am aware there are a number of variables involved
