FCG Not Working

Hi,

The FCG at http://dev.casals.com/, a site I just started developing, isn't working. I've set the FCG up on other sites the same way as far as I can tell, and it worked just fine. I'm sure I am missing something really simple. Can you let me know? Thanks!
