Make homepage a regular blog

Hi all,

I want to change my home page so that it has a blog feel to it. Much like the old revolution theme. www.lifeturnaroundnow.com

I am not technical but have tried playing around and it always doesn't work! I used the home.php from revolution but that wasnt correct. I really like the colours etc that I have so all I want to do is change the front page so that it displays the posts like a normal blog.

Can anyone tell me what I need to do? If I cant work this out I will buy Thesis and just have to start again but I dont want to as I love Studiopress themes and use them on all my blogs....

Any help very much appreciated.
