Alternate Header

Hi there!

I'm attempting to crete some custom POST pages and would like to modify the header in those.

i have created an alternate header2.php and an alternate page2.php

I'm using the Custom Posts Template plugin

The plugin finds my new page2 template for the dropdown but
when i activate the post template with a call get_header2() I get an error

"call to undefined function get_header2() ...etc

Where do I redefine or add the funtion get_header2()

I looked in functions.php but I don't even see a get_header call in that file?

Any suggestions will help...pointing inthe right direction.

OK so on thinking about this...all I really want to do is Exclude SOME navigation links on SOME POST pages.

I know ther is an exclude navigation plugin but it excludes a PAGE from ALL nav bars and I just want to controll it on certain POSTS

Just thought I should clarify ;-)
