Help with plugins

Hi all,

Since I trust the members here more than anywhere I'd like to get your ideas. Looking at other WP sites I've noticed some have been able to make 3 plugins take up the space of one in the right sidebar. I'm trying to get "Most Read," "Recent" and "Comments" to fall into the same box like at this site: http://www2.macleans.ca/.

Any help on how to make this happen would greatly appreciated.
