FCG - what size should the pics be?

FCG - what size should the pics be?

I am getting the FCG set up and can't figure out what is the best size for pictures to be and how do you get them to be that in the post so it shows up nicely in the display.
(sorry I am graphic challenged!)

It seems like they have to be a certain size when you upload them and then it doesn't matter what size they are in the post actually.
