Images Wont Show Up

I am having issues with images showing up as broken (the red x's). I have had this issue since I moved the site to a new server. Anyone got any ideas?

I thought I had fixed the issue by changing the main page to a blog style format, but just noticed if you click on a nav link at the top the images don't show up...no thumbnails. This was my original problem and I have tried everything to fix it. I even reinstalled the timthumb file.
