Is there a proper way to add the nofollow directive to the ad box to prevent search engines from indexing the contents?

Code:
 <?php // if you chose to include 468 ad block between posts and comments on the theme options page it will display here ?>
                           <?php if(get_theme_mod('468_ad') == 'Yes') { ?>
                     <div class="adblock">
                   <?php echo stripslashes (get_theme_mod('468_code')); ?>

                </div>
