Categories in Nav Bar

Hello!

My blog is at http://www.azurescape.net

Currently, I only have one nav bar entry titled Categories, which in turn drops down into my categories, which in turn branch out into their sub-categories. What I'd like to have is a nav bar link/tab or each of my top-level categories, eliminating the unsightly Categories link.
