Magically appearing "categories" page?

Magically appearing "categories" page?

Hello. When I installed Allure, a page called "Categories" was added to the site's top nav. However, this page does not appear in wp-admin on my list of "Pages". And unlike the Genesis framework, there is no way to add or forbid specific pages from appearing in the top navigation (as far as I can see) in Allure.

How do I remove the "Categories" page from my site's navigation menu?
