strange error when uploading theme.

Incompatible archive PCLZIP_ERR_BAD_FORMAT (-10) : Unable to find End of Central Dir Record signature

that's the error I get. It's the package downloaded from the forum here so should be up to date. And it is a new blog so should be working fine.

Help?
