image dimensions

hi
i'm trying to make my wordpress site faster - and using Page Speed it says that one way is to make sure all images have width and height dimensions.
All the thumbnails I put in using Custom Field in Lifestyle don't seem to - is there a way to automate this? All my thumbnails are 70x70
