Cannot Unzip Theme Files

Cannot Unzip Theme Files

I recently purchased the Pro Package but i cannot open the files for the themes. I tried uploading the themes through worpress itself but get this message

Unpacking the package.
Incompatible archive PCLZIP_ERR_BAD_FORMAT (-10) : Unable to find End of Central Dir Record signature

I also tried unzipping it locally so that I could FTP it but when I try this I get this message

"The archive is either in an unknown format or damaged"

I puorchased the Lifestyle theme months and have had no issues with that file, but for some reason these new files do not work.

Any suggestions?
