Need Some Help With News Theme..

Hi,

I purchased the news theme. I love it. I am implementing it at www.accessguyana.net. However, I am having difficulty changing some of the options. How can I have support for some of my questions? Like I need to know if I can change the color scheme. Also, the category and sub menu seemed to be in alphabetical order. How can I change that? Also, how d I remove the link on the upper right; Home, Archive, Full Width..I want to move home to the main menu. These are some of the questions..Are there any docs on this theme?
