comment.php produces orphan code

the code on line 86 of the comment.php (Lifestyle_40 theme) seems to produce an incorrect output as it leaves part of the line - </code> -as "orphaned code" (which, of course, causes validation errors).

The line of code in question is

"<?php // XHTML: You can use these tags: <code><?php echo allowed_tags(); ?></code>" (without the quotes)

I guess there might be a " ?>" missing at the end. Correct?
