Need help with buddypress integration

hello good people, i need some help with buddypress integration.
I am at step three in "making your theme buddypress compatible"
I need help fixing the alignement of these files

/activity/index.php
/blogs/index.php
/forums/index.php
/groups/index.php
/groups/create.php
/groups/single/home.php
/groups/single/plugins.php
/members/index.php
/members/single/home.php
/members/single/plugins.php
/registration/register.php

If someone could show me an example of how this is done it would be muchly appreciated
