Using FlashFader

I installed the FlashFader plugin and everything is there...I just can't figure out where/what page I need to put it in.

I have a static homepage that is under an invisible page...so would it be under index.php or home.php? Or something entirely different? I tried reading page source to figure it out, but I'm not that good at it I guess!
